Passport Program

Wondering what to do with your children this summer? Looking for a family activity that costs nothing, has a variety of convenient locations, and is scheduled exactly when you want?

Look no further…

  1. Pick up your Nature Passport at many of our member sites or at your local library.

  2. Stamp your Passport at each place you visit.

  3. Complete the nature missions listed inside your Passport as you explore each site.

  4. Discover ways to enjoy nature all around you!

Job Board

Find job listings and volunteer opportunities at Nature Everywhere’s nature centers, parks, and museums in south central Wisconsin – all in one place! Application materials should be directed to the individual organization, not to Nature Everywhere.

2026 Summer Camp Listing

Treat your child to a summer they’ll never forget with ALNC’s summer camps where young adventure-seekers can explore the woods, and budding scientists can discover pond life! ALNC’s action-packed summer camps will provide your child with exciting, hands-on experiences to explore, learn, and enjoy the wonders of nature.

Ages: 4-13

Dates: 6/15/26-8/21/26

Earth Focus Day Camp helps children ages 5-14 develop an understanding of how ecosystems work, nurtures a sense of wonder for nature, and guides children as they explore the habitats, plants, and animals of the Arboretum.

Ages: 5-14

Each summer at camp, we help foster a better understanding of God, self, others, and nature. Your child will experience a variety of outdoor adventures like hiking, mountain biking, climbing and swimming, but most importantly, making true, meaningful connections!

Grades: 2-11

At Camp Wingra, our mission is to create meaningful summer adventures built around outdoor exploration, skill-building, and community. Each day is designed to help campers grow in confidence while enjoying the beauty of Madison’s lakes.

Grades: K-9

Come and spend the summer at one or more of our week-long inquiry-focused Summer Zoo Camps! Campers enjoy special animal experiences and behind-the-scenes opportunities while facing scientific challenges that put the campers in the shoes of keepers, vets, or zoo administrators.

Ages: 6-13

Dates: 6/15/26-8/28/26

Looking for a fun-filled, adventurous summer outside? Join the Lussier Family Heritage Center's Junior Naturalist Summer Camp in the heart of the Capital Springs Recreation area! Youth cohorts can practice being a naturalist and discover the world around them. Through biking, hiking, and canoeing, participants will get to develop a sense of community, build plant and wildlife ID skills, and much more!

Ages: 6-12

Dates: 6/15/26-8/28/26

Camps combine outdoor leadership, environmental education, and outdoor recreation activities designed to foster camper relationships with themselves, each other and nature.

Ages: 4-15

Dates: 6/22/26-8/14/26

Olbrich Gardens Summer Camps are a week-long exploration of the diverse communities of animals and plants living at Olbrich. Campers will learn from experts in horticulture and entomology, dive into the world of scientific journaling, create art inspired by nature, and connect with the natural world.

Ages: 7-10

Dates: 6/8/26-8/21/26 *every other week

Upham Woods will bring exploration, discovery, and fun to your summer. We are offering our own open enrollment and family camp, and partner with 4-H county programs for summer camp and we offer unique outdoor learning experiences through grants and our other partnerships. Upham Woods supports 4-H summer camp for dozens of counties.

Grades: 4-10

Dates: 8/1/26-8/4/26 & 7/19/26-7/22/26

Welty Summer Camp is a place for everyone with a variety of outdoor and recreational activities with hands-on experiences to explore interaction with the biological, physical, and chemical elements of nature. Kids are encouraged to be kids, while fostering an appreciation and developing respect for the natural world around them.

Ages: 7-12
